The water has been home for as long as I can remember. I grew up fishing the Chesapeake and the Eastern Shore, learning the tides and exploring the East Coast coastlines that first sparked my love for life on the water.
In 2001, I headed west to California's Bay Area, working as a deckhand aboard the commercial fishing vessel Goldeneye 2000 out of Berkeley CA, where I learned to chase halibut and salmon. In 2015 I moved to South Miami — the sport-fishing capital of the world — competing in tournaments, fishing commercially for Casa Blanca Seafood, and founding Hydroflo Miami, a guided jet-ski tour operation running trips throughout South Florida and the Keys.
Now I've brought that lifetime of experience home to the DMV. With DMV Charters, my mission is simple: to share the beauty of these waters, deliver unforgettable sunrises and sunsets, and help you create memories that last a lifetime.

Absolutely — BYOB is welcome, and you're free to bring your own food. We provide a cooler with ice. Prefer catering? Just ask and we'll arrange grazing platters as an add-on.
Safety comes first. If conditions aren't suitable, we'll reschedule your charter for another day at no extra charge.
Not at all. Every charter includes a licensed, experienced captain who handles everything on the water. You just relax and enjoy the ride.

For everyone’s comfort and safety, pets are not permitted aboard. Service animals may be considered upon request and must be approved in advance.
Cancellations made more than 14 days before departure are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made 7 to 14 days before departure are eligible for a 50% refund. Cancellations made within 7 days of departure are non-refundable.
